Refund policy

All orders that have a mistake made by Dad's Print Shop are eligible for a 30-day refund. Examples are shipping damages, broken products, and scratches on the surface that affect the image.

You are only eligible for return if the item received is either different from what you have purchased or is damaged through no fault of your own.  Please note that 100% of all prints made are inspected and photographed at the time of shipping to assure they leave us without issue.

- Explain in detail what the issue is.
- Include photos of the issue.
   

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
Since all signs are made after your order is placed, we do not offer exchanges.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
My goal is to get your print in your hands as soon as possible. I do not work on Sundays. Most often I print the same day you order and depending upon when you order, I attempt to ship that same day as well. The actual shipping time to you depends on your location. You will receive a tracking number for peace of mind.
